Like any other industry, HR consulting is held to high ethical standards. From the very beginning, Leopard has required all employees to follow our code of ethics, which we consider a critical safeguard for the interests of both clients and job candidates. Whether you're an employer or a job seeker, you can breathe easy when working with Leopard, knowing that all our consultants comply strictly with the following:
- Notify clients of any possible conflict of interest before entering into a recruitment contract.
- Keep all client and candidate information confidential. Generally speaking, the client's name is not revealed before the interview stage unless we have permission to make it public.
- We will not deliver or disclose specific identifying information to clients without the candidate's consent.
- Once we have accepted payment for a candidate, Leopard will never attempt to recruit that candidate for another employer.
- We will not conceal any information about a client or candidate which might affect the final decision of either party.
- Once we have reached an agreement, Leopard will recommend job seekers in an objective and professional manner; however, no candidate information will be disclosed before we have signed a contract with the client.
- Candidates will receive objective, professional feedback after being interviewed by the client. They will be treated with respect at all times and receive constructive suggestions within a reasonable interval.
